How Do Electronic Legal Document Services Work?

Many legal forms are available online, and there are websites that pledge that you can do this completely by yourself. What they don't tell you is that inaccurate legal documents or those that are not reviewed by a paralegals and/or attorneys can be risky in the court of law. This could result in stagnation of progress, having to repeal, repaying court fees, and just the unsoundness of what is actually going on. We also know that preparing and processing court documents can be time-consuming and possibly confusing to understand, so we aim to make this process as informed and as clear as possible by making great efforts in contributing clarity and accuracy for our valued ALDS customers.

  1. You will fill out a questionnaire about your requested service(s) and submit it to the qualified Paralegal in your service area. The link to this questionnaire (Begin Your Journey With ALDS) can be found on our Homepage.
  2. If you are need in need of language translation assistance, please be sure to indicate that on your questionnaire so that we can provide our translation assistance for your requested services.
  3. Also, if you call our office at 912-289-1112, your request can be expedited after speaking with someone who will quickly determine your actual needs and non-needs as well.
  4. If you communicate in a manner not of the telephone, your appointed Paralegal will respond to your request by your indicated preference instantly or within one-to-two business days with a basic quote, supportive resources, payment arrangement options, and an office appointment options.
  5. You will then have the opportunity to come into our Downtown Brunswick, GA location for your one-on-one support in order to fill out and sign your documents. We also provide video support for non-local ALDS customers.
  6. You will also be able to inquire about other needed services or support of ALDS. If you prefer to complete all requested services online, then Anderson Legal Document Services will honor that request without penalty or extra charges. We have a variety of electronic hosts and tools (i.e. video conferencing, by telephone, by e-mail, postal mail, etc.) that will honor and fulfill your requests equal to that of an in-office visit.
  7. Our Document Review Attorney will then review your documents before submission to the court, agency, or the recipient of your choice.
  8. Our Notary Republic will also sign your documents in a timely fashion.
  9. Your documents will be submitted after Attorney Review, your approval and your payment.
  10. Our customers do have the alternative to complete this process online if coming into the physical office is not preferable. We offer in-house or online services for the same, one-time-rate.
  11. If you are in an ongoing process in court, you will have the opportunity to attend a PRO-SE assistance organization with a local, legal aid party, purchase a multi-document package with us, or become a long-term member of ALDS at your own discretion for a personalized charge and time-frame of your choice.
